Community Outreach

29 Palms Community Food Pantry: Formerly hosted by 29 Palms Church of the Nazarene, the food pantry is now located at Immanuel Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 6450 Star Dune Ave. in 29 Palms. This ministry for needy families of the community welcomes volunteer workers, as well as donations of food and money! The pantry is open on the first, third (and fifth) Saturdays each month from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. For more hours and information, go to: www.29palmsfoodpantry.org ... or call (760)361-FOOD (3663).

Reach Out Morongo Basin: Our church also supports other faith-based programs in the community such as Reach Out Morongo Basin (formerly Reach Out 29). Visit their web site to learn more about their outreach efforts, volunteer opportunities, and interfaith caregiving for seniors and disabled. www.reachout29.org
